"I have been lucky enough to use Planet Home Amelia to find a wonderful home in Umbria near the outskirts of Amelia. Roberta and her staff were wonderful. My questions were answered, she was patient and showed a wide variety of houses and asked me what areas we wanted to search in, not assuming one type would work for myself and my spouse. Her many Provincial contacts in other private offices like a notary (very different from a USA notary) were invaluable. Her understanding of English is excellent. There are other firms, but I was unhappy with them because they spent time being unprofessional about competitors. When I came here I did not have that issue and that's why it worked so well. She is confident, knowledgeable and professional to not run down the competition. The Italian market is complex and not like the Realtor system in the USA so you need a real expert. Our new home is what we had hoped for and navigating the system was easier because of the expertise of Planet Home Amelia and Roberta. I highly recommend her. You will not be disappointed. E.B.
